Definitely not bad by any means. The only reason it didn’t get more stars is because of the receptionist. Raised her voice at me within 10 seconds of entering the building. Don’t care if you’re having a bad day, clearly I am too. Otherwise it was smooth
I’ve been to this urgent care a few times in the last month, not only were they always super on time (which is rare for an urgent care!) they still really take their time to make you feel seen and heard! Corina at the front desk is the sweetest and so helpful, and Kiki made getting vitals done actually enjoyable! This team is so awesome and professional. Hopefully I won’t have to be back for awhile, but I will only be coming here from now on!
Starting at front desk friendly greet with a smile to back staff making feel comfortable to the Dr . Hearing my health concerns and giving me my test results fast . I would come again in the future ! Outstanding team !
