Mike Linan and his workers did an amazing job replacing our roof. He went out of his way to find the color and quality of the shingles that we wanted. Mike always has such a pleasant disposition and moreover wants to make sure that the job is done right. I appreciate his perfectionism as well as his ability to think outside the box when indicated (as with previous work he has done for us). My neighbors have been very complimentary as well!! We contacted Mike, with Capital Siding and Roofing a couple of years ago, we were needing our roof to be replaced. Mike and his team replaced our siding in February 2023. We could not be happier with the result. We shopped around and found that Mike was MUCH cheaper. But there was no sacrifice in quality. He got the job done quickly and the paint looks perfect. He was very responsive to our questions and even made some recommendations that proved helpful. You’re not going to find a better value in south Austin.
