I had an amazing experience at By Hand. Chris is probably one of the most knowledgeable individuals who I’ve had cut my hair. He took his time and really tried to understand my hair and what I was looking for. He really set me up for success not just for the short term but anticipated how the look would evolve with growth over the long term. Highly recommend if you are looking for something that needs a little more attention than a clipper.

The collaboration, ambiance, attention to detail and level of care here are unmatched. My sessions there often feel therapeutic. The cost leans toward the higher end of the market, though for me it's been well worth paying a bit more. I've never been happier with my look
I don’t think I’ve ever had a haircut where I actually felt it was a bespoke experience, or where the cut was so clearly suited to me. Chris’s expertise was apparent right away, and he made me feel genuinely confident in both the cut and the overall look.
