This business didn’t work for me. Clarification: it wasn’t trust or confidentiality nor fraud issue....they didn’t make a mistake with my numbers either... It was a complete lack of coordination of the process for an overwhelmed customer like myself.

I saw Brad McGrew for my taxes and it was not a good experience for me. He is not a good communicator, was not up front about fees, did not explain the process, and did not follow up with me even though we were on a tight timeline. An expensive mistake. I would look elsewhere.
