I got a simple gel removal for my hands & feet w/ cuticle care. Even though i didn’t get a full service they treated me with care. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their customer service is top tier. I’ll be returning for a full mani and pedi soon!

I've known Ivy for about 12 years, when she moved over to this location in Austin I obviously followed her. I go every 3 weeks for my nails and every 6 for nails and toes. Everyone that I've met is so nice. The place is clean professional and have never had a problem. I've never used anyone else but Ivy (except for when she's out of town then I use Vivian) but all the employees greet me with a smile say hi and talk to me the whole time I'm in there.

Stopped by for an impromptu pedicure and left with amazing feeling (and looking) legs and feet. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They never tried to up-sale me and checked in several times to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t wait to return!
