I've known Ivy for about 12 years, when she moved over to this location in Austin I obviously followed her. I go every 3 weeks for my nails and every 6 for nails and toes. Everyone that I've met is so nice. The place is clean professional and have never had a problem. I've never used anyone else but Ivy (except for when she's out of town then I use Vivian) but all the employees greet me with a smile say hi and talk to me the whole time I'm in there.

Stopped by for an impromptu pedicure and left with amazing feeling (and looking) legs and feet. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They never tried to up-sale me and checked in several times to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t wait to return!

Hi, I’ve been client for the last three years getting my nails done from Julie. I finally trained her how I want my nails done CORRECTLY and even and cuticles cut out really well like it’s supposed to (!!) when you do manicure. Today was a total disaster when I found out the prices I felt like I was overcharged many times in the past, even though I always left a good tip and it was always nice and polite. I felt awful. They refunded me some of my money and told me not to come there again. I am in customer service myself and we never ever tell the customers not to ever come again. I will not come again that’s for sure but I will not recommend that salon to anybody....read full review
