Andrea is the best! She is incredibly observant, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. She pays attention to every detail and provides amazing care. I've been going to this location for several months and have had the most amazing results, especially with Andrea! I've had a few different techs, all of which have been wonderful. They're all trained and certified, SUPER friendly and welcoming and I've truly always felt that they've treated me as if I was one of their loved ones. I've never experienced any sort of reaction/burning and believe that's due to both their virtual check in (ensuring no medications, products or topicals have changed) AND confirming in person before starting.
