I really like the staff at this location. I started coming here after experiencing several issues with my local Banfield. The staff has been friendly, efficient and catered to my pets needs each time. The last visit there was an issue with the online scheduling and the "in room" appointment I made came up as a "drop off" for them. Since it was just a preventative care exam, they were able to accommodate so I didn't have to leave my cat there and come back later. I really appreciated this and they made the adjustments without me asking.
I’m only writing a review BECAUSE I read the reviews. I’ve been bringing my pound pup here since it opened. I’ve never been too smitten with the Bandfield brand but the wellness plan is excellent. Anyway, the vet techs and Drs at this location are exceptional! The hey were able to get my pup’s allergies under control when other vets were sending me on a goose chase about diet. Also, they are always friendly and caring. By the way, the bandfield app sometimes acts up and pretends locations have appointments available when they don’t. friendly staff all around! every time I bring my dog here (as nervous as she is) the staff always takes their time with her to make sure she's comfortable. the doctors are very knowledgeable and really helpful when I call with questions. it's very clear that everyone here loves animals. it is also always so clean!
