We were connected with Austin Hi-Tech Restoration through our insurance company and we couldn't be more thrilled. During phase 1, we worked with Chase Stevenson who was amazing. He was professional, clearly communicated and managed our expectations, and treated us as if we were part of his family. He understood how stressful the situation was, but made everything go so smoothly. We knew exactly what to expect and when. I cannot emphasize enough how great they were during phase 1. Can't wait to share more about phase 2 once it is complete.
Chase and his team were absolutely amazing!!! They know their stuff and he explained everything. They really go out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. He was upfront, honest, and caring. I’d recommend Chase, Jesse and their team to anyone. Great job guys!!!! The best of the best hands down!!!!!!
We had a washing machine leak that got under our floors- a big mess! The crew arrived within 2 hrs and were beyond awesome to deal with. Shout out to Chase, Jose and Victor- they brought an old-school kind of professionalism that I can't say enough good things about.
