This place has definitely transformed my life! The center has enabled me to focus, regulate my emotions, manage stress and helped with substance issues. It's helped me grow as a person, be a better listener and has giving me the ability to organize my thoughts and behaviors. If you're looking for a place to help you with any of these things, it's Austin biofeedback. The staff at Austin biofeedback is absolutely excellent! I've worked with a few different people and they've all been fantastic. If you want to give yourself a chance to change your life, come here!
I've always been interested in a non-pharmalogical approach to stress, mainly by exercise and meditation. I've also tried cognitive behavioral therapy. Biofeedback was suggested. I wasn't skeptical but nor was I convinced of its usefulness. So I made an appointment with Jennifer, who gave a lot of her time to explain the science in detail. I decided to give it a try and I have to say I do feel better. I still exercise and meditate but I feel biofeedback is very complimentary. It doesn't happen overnight but I'm glad I stuck with it.
