Towed car at apartments while loading it to move. The driver saw us made eye contact and could clearly see we were moving. We were not in an illegal parking or anything just pulled by the apartment door to load

Excellent service! I worked with Daniel on the details and Josh did the towing. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable. The fee was reasonable and my insurance was able to reimburse me. I also want to point out that they offer a service unique to most other local companies in that they can provide lower clearance towing. My car needed to be towed out of a parking garage with an 8'2" clearance. NO ONE connected to my insurance has that equipment. And for just reason ATX Towing was a diamond in the rough. Today was a hell of an experience. 6 hours after doing all the right things for a stranded vehicle, including calling my expensive roadside assistance, Daniel made sure to help the absolute best he could. Even my expensive dealership failed, putting me on hold and then hanging up on me when I called for a towing. ATX Towing was able to finally get my car to the mechanic for service. He was respectful, kind, communicative, and helpful to a tired mom. Would totally dally him again, although I hope I never have to.Service: Car towing
