This is the best massage I’ve ever had! Dena works deep in to the tissue, which is extremely effective at relieving pain and tension. She views and treats the body as a whole, and has one of the best understandings of anatomy that I’ve ever witnessed in a massage therapist. I recommend AP to anyone who likes deep tissue work!

AMERICA TOP SECRET.10 years of back pain. Doctor prescribed steroids shots, and physical therapist barely touch the deep tissue and instruct a bunch of ineffective exercises. The CURE to pain is HUMAN touch with remedies.After years of Treatment by doctors, I continue to have back pain. But I gave up on the doctors and continue to live with lower chronic back pain. I only saw Dena once and I feel lifted and pain is gone…..Some of you might be suffering from back pain or tension….. Thank me later. When I go to Applied Pressure, I'm looking for an experience more akin to going to a mechanic than a spa. While it's calm and relaxed in the studio, both practitioners also read my vibe well and understand that I want my body put back into 'performance' mode as quickly as possible. That means targeted pressure right up to my pain tolerance and, most importantly, conversation about what led to the state I'm currently in. Dena and Jess don't follow a Same-Massage-Every-Time kind of script; they respond to what they're feeling in my muscles and piece together issues based on what activities I've been doing.
