We were so happy to meet Chris and have him perform the inspection of our new home. When we arrived, Chris was on the roof checking every shingle and I said to my wife, “this is our guy”. He spent 4 hours testing every outlet, faucet, and duct then took an hour to sit down with my wife and I to give us a walk through of what he did, stopping to answer our questions as they popped up.
