Arrived early and ready to go. Professional approach but ready to discuss any issues and help buyer understand any problems. When problems are minor this inspector is willing to even fix things during the inspection, Freezer drawer not working Cupboard doors misaligned both fixed , no charge and now no issue. Great job.
