The owner Charlie is really rude. I don’t know if it was because I was a woman, but he talked to me like I was an idiot. I was referred to him by Rainbow Septic which is a well trusted company, but I would not recommend him based on the customer service you will receive. As other reviewers have mentioned, Charlie has no customer service skills.
Charlie and his crew complete the absolute bare minimum when it comes to ensuring a clean, operating septic system. I went through the same exact issue that essentially everyone else on here went through with them from what I can gather. Maintenance checks were minimal, sometimes not at all, filters that require cleaning were not cleaned, and everything was always marked as ok and satisfactory. The only time you actually hear from Charlie is when it comes time to pay for something, their negligence is unmatched. They refuse to acknowledge accountability. 550 to pump my septic... told me that my tank would not open both tanks so they pumped only one... two days later I had a company come to replace the whole system only to find only half of the tank was pumped BUT BOTH access points were able to be opened!
Texas septic was contacted however they never responded to my messages or call me back. We offered to fix the problem so I had to pay an additional $550 to another company So I could have my system collapsed and corrected
