Jeremiah and Dave were so helpful and understanding. While I cannot use their services personally as I am a tenant, Jeremiah provided an extremely thorough report for me to use during my upcoming claims against my property management. Additionally, he was super professional and considerate, allowing me to ask a million questions and document everything he found for my own records.
