On December 06,2022. My mother passed away from cancer; She was under the care of Austin Palliatives. When this happens, the pain overwhelms us and we cannot think about the funeral services, God guides us and leaves us in the best hands. The nurse took us to this funeral home. I’m so grateful to meet Andy . My situation was a bit more complicated with not been legally married to my boyfriend and all his family does not live in Texas . Even if the process was not on his hands he kept me informed every step of the way and was very patient with me . I felt like he understood my pain and was so understanding. I appreciate him for being so honest with me and kept in touch even after all the process was completed . God bless you Andy and your family . Thank you so much for been so helpful in these hard moments . I will recommend 100% . Andy is also bilingual which helped so much ! You guys are awesome .
