After 5 hours waiting and three roadside assistance requests through my insurance company cancelled on me, I called 969 Towing at the recommendation of a fellow motorist. 20 min later, Darius arrived, following a personal call to find my exact location. He was helpful and brought the kind, chill energy I needed after a stressful evening. He worked quickly to load my car and got it home safely. Highly recommend and would use again.

He handled everything efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you need a reliable tow, I highly recommend asking for Darius!
