Update: the office manager reached out and showed their gesture of goodwill to resolve the problem.
Not price transparent at all. Was told $20.** for copay, and I paid up front. After the routine cleaning for my daughter. They told me that she is maxed out this year. So I have to pay $200.** for her routine cleaning, and the office manager even blamed me for not checking my insurance. I told them that their system even show there is $20.** copay, how I'm keep up with my insurance. They say they partially at fault, but never apologized. We had a wonderful experience at Kidzania! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. They made my child feel comfortable and at ease which made the visit that much easier.
