Vanguard Kia Service and Parts is a well-maintained auto repair shop with helpful staff. The staff is known for their willingness to assist customers, even without an appointment, and provide thorough explanations about vehicle features. Customers have had great experiences dealing with Jason Villa, who, with his team, is always fast, professional, and extremely accommodating. Tony and Marcus were the best pair to work with, and the manager was really kind. Customer service is awesome, 10/10. Both new and used departments were excellent in helping customers identify what was best for them. Used car manager Clinton and Arturo Flores worked a tremendous deal on a 2024 Telluride X pro. Finance manager Ahmad Karem provided the final touches to the deal and ensured no buyers remorse will be felt. Service after the sell is very important, and Vanguard Service has never failed them.

I just want to make a quick review of how great Vanguard Kia Service is, Especially (George- Service Manager) I had the infamous Kia Motor rod bearing problem with the vehicle I just had purchased (Car purchased from a used lot) for my daughters first vehicle. I spoke with George about the situation on the phone and he knew exactly what was needed to be done after verifying that the vehicle was covered under the new warranty by KIA. The vehicle was towed in, diagnosed and motor was replaced within a few days. No long waits, no problems with service. I am now worry free and so is my daughter.
George is amazing! Vanguard service handled our warranty issues quickly and eliminated so much stress. Highly recommend
