Tropic Air & Heat is a highly recommended HVAC company known for being super responsive, very helpful, and easy to work with. They provided a free look at a minisplit and made a good quote for repair, attempting to find a replacement head entirely. Customers describe the team as so trustworthy that one client wasn't home and they took care of everything and did an amazing job. They arrived in less than an hour after a call, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and resolved the issue quickly. The guys replaced a parent's air conditioning unit, and they were pleased with every bit of the installation process, providing excellent customer service and beating other bids. They were honest and upfront about what was needed and the pricing, making the process easy and seamless. During the coldest days, they fixed a heat issue in about two hours for around $250, showing integrity and fair dealing. The service is always stellar, with professional techs who are the best the company sends.
I have been a customer since I got my house 7 years ago - they replaced the unit thr house came with and have maintained it every year. This summer (Aug 2024) had been the first time in a long time I have had to call them to resolve an AC issue, and they had the house cooling back under an hour!
Thank you Jeff and guys!
