I will say right out the gate, you do not need to look any further, they are the most courteous and professional hvac team I have ever dealt with. I called with major issue from a bad install, other a/c companies came out but made everything worse. I called TBMI they answered on the second ring. I explained what I was needing, he said he would have the office call to get information and set up for service. Two minutes later I heard from the office. Excellent Service and Attention to Detail!
Our AC unit went out over the weekend, and after calling around for quotes, we chose TBMI. Not only were they quick to answer our weekend service call, but their pricing was incredibly competitive compared to the bigger players in the market.
They showed up bright and early Monday morning and knocked out the entire installation in just 4 to 5 hours. The team was extremely detail-oriented, taking the time to explain their installation process before getting to work.
