Mr. Lee trips me out. For his age he has better eyesight than me. I know mom God bless her is a tailor. When she was alive she did like John Wayne clothes and Liz Taylor clothes out of San Antonio. My mom would approve of Mr. Lee.
I stopped by Mr. Lee’s shop while getting ready for a birthday trip and a nice dinner. I wanted my first sport coat and had read that buying a quality jacket secondhand and having it tailored is a great way to go. Before buying anything, I stopped in to get his opinion—and he immediately agreed it was a solid plan.
What impressed me most was his experience. Without even measuring me yet, he took one look and said I was likely a 46, maybe a 48, and that we’d have plenty of room to adjust. That kind of confidence only comes from years of doing this well.

I've had a hard time finding a good tailor in the area. Ever since we've moved here, it seems the ones I find on google or yelp are closed or never open. I'm so glad I found Lee's. I had a shirt I needed hemmed and fitted - I needed it for a wedding the next week. Lee is awesome - he had it done in two days, no problem. It fits like it was made for me. The spot is along a busy street and in a row of old houses now turned commercial that it's hard to spot but there is a faded sign out front for Lee's Tailor Couture. I'll be bringing back more stuff - this is an excellent find!
