Great experience from the initial call, onsite evaluation, to the work performed. Great communication all the way through start to finish. Very happy with the job and it is already making a huge difference keeping the house more comfortable.

Contacted 6 different companies about having our existing attic debris + old insulation cleaned out, and new insulation blown in. 1 company said they didn't do cleaning, 2 companies would only deal over the phone (creeps me out if you don't even want to inspect the house before taking on the job), 1 required 50% before job start, 1 was hilariously overpriced, tried to stick us with a job crew fuel surcharge, and lied about how much insulation we would need in order to qualify for the energy credit.And then there was Robert from Koala... Robert the sales representative was knowledgeable and honest. The install crew was efficient, skilled and friendly. The work was a foam insulation job for a 2 car garage. I felt the price was fair and competitive
