Good luck trying to get anyone from this company to answer a phone or come service your ac, my family did business with this company in good faith but now now we are truly regretting it. We bought a brand new ac unit that has failed multiple times. I understand it’s hot and they’re busy so we’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, however one of the times we tried to have them come check it out it took them 3 days to finally make it to our house, they said they’d be here one day and the day would come and go with no update. I’d be wary of doing business with this company.

JC Air Conditioning is scamming customer they offer me a air conditioning unit Carrier 4 Ton 16 seer for 10,500 on Sep/20/23.I went to review the serial number and I found out that this air condition unit is much smaller that what he promised.Don't do business with Jc air conditioning in Arlington Tx

Very irresponsible, really, they were paid the full price and from then on it was a struggle to get them to go. They gave me a date and they didn't go anywhere, they didn't answer the calls. The work has been stopped for more than a month because it did not pass inspection, they had to come fix that and to this day they have not returned. Very difficult to contact them after you give them the $.
