Lawanda sends messages via text and email to address questions and concerns prior to your visit.The consultation fee is worth the $30.00 as she fully explains pricing as she accesses your hair. I decided to find a different shop for many reasons. First, they are too far from me. Next, I didn’t want to schedule an appointment with Lawanda only to have someone else do my hair as she stated that they are like a family and work together and several people are skilled and more than one person may be doing my hair. Lastly , there are 12 stations in one spacious room and I prefer a more intimate setting.”
