At first, it looked more like a quick buzz cut than the style we had asked for, so I asked if he could sit back down. The stylist was more than happy to make adjustments, and I’m so glad she did. She really took her time the second time around, fixed the front, shaped it properly, and gave him the style we were hoping for. The final result looked fantastic, and he left happy.<br><br>My daughter’s experience was a little different. Unfortunately, her haircut didn’t turn out quite the way she had requested, and we were also surprised to be charged extra for the styling. We understood there may be an additional styling fee, but we expected the finished look to be much closer to what she had asked for.<br><br>Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I appreciated that they were willing to correct my son’s haircut without any hesitation. I just hope they spend a little more time making sure they’re on the same page with clients before cutting and styling, especially when someone has a specific look in mind.<br><br>We would consider coming back because of how friendly and accommodating everyone was, but better communication during the consultation would make the experience even better.”

At 9:30 Jeff was able to get me in the chair.<br><br>Jeff is thorough, patient, and asked questions about what I was looking for out of a cut. If he had a question he would take a moment to ask.<br><br>The end result. I got the fresh cut I wanted. I was in and out in no time. The barbers are all relaxed and they work together. If you walk in and are not familiar with them they all do amazing work.”
