I decided to find a different shop for many reasons. First, they are too far from me. Next, I didn’t want to schedule an appointment with Lawanda only to have someone else do my hair as she stated that they are like a family and work together and several people are skilled and more than one person may be doing my hair. Lastly , there are 12 stations in one spacious room and I prefer a more intimate setting.“

“Overall, we had a positive experience, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen and were kind throughout our visit, which we really appreciated.

My son’s haircut ended up turning out great. At first, it looked more like a quick buzz cut than the style we had asked for, so I asked if he could sit back down. The stylist was more than happy to make adjustments, and I’m so glad she did. She really took her time the second time around, fixed the front, shaped it properly, and gave him the style we were hoping for. The final result looked fantastic, and he left happy.

My daughter’s experience was a little different. Unfortunately, her haircut didn’t turn out quite the way she had requested, and we were also surprised to be charged extra for the styling. We understood there may be an additional styling fee, but we expected the finished look to be much closer to what she had asked for.

Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I appreciated that they were willing to correct my son’s haircut without any hesitation. I just hope they spend a little more time making sure they’re on the same page with clients before cutting and styling, especially when someone has a specific look in mind.

We would consider coming back because of how friendly and accommodating everyone was, but better communication during the consultation would make the experience even better.“

“I originally came just after 8am kn a Saturday. Jeff and Walt were kind enough to let me know they had appointments but would be available at 9:30a. At 9:30 Jeff was able to get me in the chair.

Jeff is thorough, patient, and asked questions about what I was looking for out of a cut. If he had a question he would take a moment to ask.

The end result. I got the fresh cut I wanted. I was in and out in no time. The barbers are all relaxed and they work together. If you walk in and are not familiar with them they all do amazing work.“

I came in with my baby I had no one to take care of him but there was no problem because she was very nice and patient. “I love great clips at the Commons in Mansfield but I never get any coupons via mail or email? Why? I get advertising cuts for coupons that can't be used they say when I've tried. Would go more often if I had coupons. I just turned 60 so 5 yrs til I get discounts! The girls at The Commons are GREAT!
