I had great experience with Hail Medic. Found Hail Medic from a google search with great reviews, and truly agree with the reviews. I got a chance to work with Casey. He was thorough and reliable. He made the process smooth and easy and gave me regular updates throughout. Truly appreciated Casey for helping me with the drop off/pick up process and making it convenient. Very happy with the result. Highly recommended!
The one and only night my Big Kitty was not parked safe and sound in her Litre Box was the one night that Arlington saw half-dollar sized hail. The result - countless pits and dings across nearly every panel of my prized cat. Casey and his team handled nearly every detail - from setting up the rental car, filing the claim with State Farm, and even dropping my car off at my office once they'd completed the work. I appreciated the twice weekly communication and not having to fork out a deductible. And, of course, Big Kitty was returned to me just as good as new.
Appreciate Ryan for helping out my wife on her car’s hail damage because I certainly didn’t feel like dealing with insurance on it. They took care of Geico and my wife so I was thrilled I didn’t have to lift a finger. Thanks guys
