Today I visited them and I left because I was number 1 on duty and they served another person who was behind me. I think it is a lack of respect as a client for years since I have been in Texas. I will look for another alternative in which they comply. my expectations
The stylist who cut my hair for years has moved on. Ami cut my hair this time for the first time. She performed an acceptable haircut, but it was not what I wanted and not what I asked her to do. She did not listen to me and wanted to argue with me about the type of haircut that I wanted and was mostly concerned about getting it done in 15 minutes as she stated more than once that they were checking the computer to see if they were getting them done in that time. I am totally dissatisfied for the fact that I did not get what I was very clear in asking for.
