I was turned away after they quoted me a price and started on my hair. Turned away due to my hair being too long and too thick for a specific style. I sent pictures and talked to the owner prior to coming into the appointment. She quoted me and I felt it was too low. I told her please be sure before I drove hours to her (I have gotten my hair done there before and liked it).
After being told that my hair was too long and too thick I said I’ll pay whatever just finish. I was told no! They didn’t want to take all day.
I politely left! And will be report this type of behavior!
