Been going here for alterations since I was 17 yrs old. I am now 48. Hadn’t been in a few years because I had moved out of state. Dropped off a suit and a pair of slacks to be altered. In the past I’ve always paid when I picked up my items. Today when i dropped off she told me that I needed to prepay. Ok no problem if your policy has changed since the last time that I was here. My total was $54.15. I gave her two $50 bills and she gave me my change and a receipt. As I turned to walk out I glanced at my receipt and noticed that it did not show that I had paid nor did it reflect any type of adjustment. The receipt shows the total that I owe. They altered my wedding dress back in 10/2020 and did an excellent job. They were super fast with the turn around time and everything was perfect. Way cheaper than having David bridal alter it too.
I love this place they did my clothes very good I'm going to be moving to Grand Prairie soon but I will come all the way back to Arlington just to visit them and give them my business
