First, I want to say that I completely disagree with Beverly D's review on March 10, 2023. Being disabled has NOTHING to do with the service of getting your hair done. So that is strike 1. The salon's "no refunds" policy is CLEARLY stated on her website and you have to agree to it when you make the appointment online. Strike #2 Refunds are not an option, but re-do or alteration to attempt to correct the problem is offered, but would have to be done in person. And yes, she will defend her policy. She is AMAZING!! I can't say enough good things!! She listens to what you want and does everything she can to accomplish that goal. Even if it takes multiple visits, she will get you as close as your hair will allow. Not everyone can have that exact color or that exact style because of their hair type or from a previous color. I first walked in with an emergency extension failure and she fixed it with no problem. Almost 2 years later and she's the only one I trust with my hair.

When it comes to my hair I am very strict, Christina was patient enough to find a color and cut that was right for me. Thanks to your recommendations, for the first time in 38 years I changed my hair color and fell in love. Thank you!
