It speaks volumes of a stylist willing to tell a hesitant customer that she would rather me be comfortable about receiving her services than for me to make a decision hastily.I ventured into her shop while waiting for a friend to go to a nearby restaurant. I had no intention of getting my hair done. Ms.Sakeyta and I briefly spoke as she had a customer in her chair. She gave me her card, telling me to come back after I finished eating. I left and ate. Later, my friend and I came back, and my friend urged me to get my hair done since it was my birthday, and I didn't feel like doing my hair. I came to this shop looking for a new stylist to trim my hair. The previous shop I was going to had my natural hair uneven every time I went for a trim. My hair would shed more and I could not retain the length.When I found this particular shop I was a little nervous to have someone new trimming my hair to be honest.My first appointment with Sakeyta Roberts (the shop owner) was very relaxing and informative. I could tell she has a passion for the services she provides. Not only that but my hair has been growing like crazy since I started going here. We offer a variety of beauty services to complement the need of each of our clients. Each of our staff members have been in the beauty industry for over 20 year and offer a wealth of knowledge to educate each client regarding their individual needs.
