“I worked with Treenewal in August of 2022 to evaluate and remove a very large Live Oak tree killed by the 2021 Texas Freeze. Their arborist took the time to clearly show the damage to the tree from the freeze and the threat it posed to our house, which would cause catastrophic damage when it fell. The Treenewal crew professionally removed this huge tree in one day, ground the stump, and cleaned up the work area completely. All the employees were professional, friendly, and helpful through the entire process!

I called Treenewal out again in May 2023 to remove a very large red oak that had been planted too close to the house and was shading over half the roof. We had committed to install a solar power system in July, so shading one-half the roof was not acceptable. The tree was too close to the house, and could eventually pose a threat to the house in a severe storm, or if it later developed health problems. Combined with shading the soon to be installed solar power system, the decision was made to remove the tree. Treenewal's crew came out within a week and removed this massive tree. Once again, the crew was professional, friendly, kept us informed, and completely cleaned the work area.

This autumn I noticed what could be health issues with two red oaks in the back yard and a Crepe Myrtle Tree in the front yard. I called upon Treenewal again for an assessment. Arborist Jason Ibrahim responded and showed that one of the red oaks and the Crepe Myrtle were suffering from the drought and insect attacks serious enough to require treatment. Jason took the time to clearly show me the issues and provided a clear treatment estimate good for two years. The pricing was reasonable and a friendly and helpful crew came out as quickly as the weather allowed to apply the treatments to the two trees.
