“From my contact to receiving a quote and the date the work was done, the communication was excellent compared to the other companies I contacted. They worked very professionally. They made sure the area was clean after the work was finished.”
“Richard was very knowledgeable about my Bradford Pear. I lost 3 major limbs during the last storm. The Quality crew did a great job of trimming it back to save my tree and cleanup of debris was excellent. They will be my go-to tree company from here on out!”
“Every time I have requested Samuel’s folks come to help with something, they have been excellent. I’ve used Samuel’s services 3 times over the years. The first time, the arborist came and spent almost an hour with me for free and ultimately we decided I didn’t need anything done at that time to handle my concern with woodpeckers. The second time, I had a very tall pine tree that had died and was beginning to lean between my house and garage. They brought in their bucket machine And safely took the tree down to a very low stump. There was a very small mishap with the machine doing cosmetic damage to an item that the company owner visited the same day to arrange replacement for. Even more impressive, the item is no longer available and he had a replacement custom made and installed. We didn’t have to find it and pursue restitution or anything. They immediately came and informed me and assured us they would make it right. The integrity they show is refreshing.
The most recent visit was to trim two very large pecan trees that had been threatening to drop very large branches on my house.
Each time, they have shown up when they said they would and all interactions have been very professional. Their service is definitely five star and they are extremely knowledgeable. I do suspect they are not the cheapest place to get work done, but I don’t think I could trust someone less reputable with such important/dangerous work. They have repeatedly proven themselves, reliable, and conscientious. Thanks!”
