I always feel seen and heard when I'm in the salon. As helpful as it is to have photos or examples of hairstyle and colors, Lora makes no assumptions and asks questions to ensure she understands what I want while also giving her professional opinion as to why an idea may or may not work. I LOVE my new Fall color!!
I also love the Oribe hair care products. Lora and her staff are well versed with these products. Lora recommended a hair care regimen that has made a visible difference....worth the investment!!
Im not sure where to begin. Maybe that after coming to the salon I have been deeply disappointed by every single hair cut I've ever gotten after this experience. My hair never looked so amazing as after I got my hair cut by Alyssa Hernandez. I got so many compliments about how my hair cut flattered my face and suited me so well and I agree. Every single time I've gotten my hair cut afterwards has been disappointing to the extreme. I wish for the first time in my life I lived in Amarillo just so I could keep getting my hair cut by Alyssa.
