I asked for chrome nails and they gave me like a pearly iridescent nail instead. I didn't bother saying anything because he had already put the stuff on my nails.But if he would have asked me and double checked, I could have told him that that's not what I wanted, even though I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I specifically told them I wanted the chrome finish.

I started coming here about a year ago and loved that I could walk in and get quick service. I never had a bad experience until today. I had a new lady and I have a big event tonight and needed my toenails shorter to fit into shoes. Instead she was distracted and royally cut my toe nail. I am in so much pain I don't know how I will wear shoes. I simply asked her to stop and walked out and no one said a word. I doubt I will ever go back. So be warned! I don't think most working here are licensed.
