I came here for an emergency nail removal due to my old nail tech ruining my nail beds with the manicure she did. I had ripped nail beds and getting the nails off was painful but necessary. It's not a three star for that. It's three stars because I specifically told the man removing my nails that it was PAINFUL and that I wanted him to be gentle, no rough housing with my fingers. Well, he I guess didn't think it was that bad, so on my injured nails when id pully hand away due to the nail drill hurting me, he would glare at me. SIR, I said it HURTS. Maybe it's because his english wasn't very good, but every language can tell when someone is in pain.
I cannot speak highly enough about cici and Kim! Kim always does such a great job on my manicure and dip nails, he is always so kind and meticulous in his work! I have been coming to Cici for years and she leaves my eyebrows perfect every time💙
The staff is very friendly and explained the options to fix one broken nail with the prices beforehand. Everyone there was super inviting and my nail tech did a great job! 10/10 will be coming here again
