Seriously best customer service ever from not only the office staff but also the technician that came out! My AC quit working and they were out so fast coming out when the company my warranty wanted to use was going to take over a week. In this Texas heat no thanks! The gentleman that came out was so quick and efficient repairing the unit and took the time to show us how to keep it maintained in the future to avoid the pump going out again. Literally will only be using Larry’s if I ever have any other issues.

I had a home warranty issue with my HVAC. My warranty company sent out two local HVAC contractors that spent about a half-hour addressing the problem than walking away claiming that they didn't know enough about the system to fix it. Larry's was the 3rd HVAC company to look at my problem. The lady that set my appointment up the next day was extremely nice and called to let me know that the technician (Roger?) was on his way. Within 30 minutes, they had diagnosed the problem as a defective relay (I guess the other companies didn't understand how to test those out) and replaced it. The system has run like a charm since that time. Thank you, Larrys for taking the time to figure out my problem!
