First time here and definitely will NOT be my last ❤️ I was so impressed. I felt bad when they stayed after close time. I get off at 5p and there was still a wait but they still had no issue getting my friend and I in. And they were so nice about it! ?❤️ I showed a picture as a reference, knowing it wouldn’t be exactly like it. But no! I was wrong! Miss Trina knocked it out the park and nailed it. She made my nails look exactly like the picture. I was very impressed! As well as this salon is sooooo reasonably priced! You get good quality for a good price! I found my new place ?❤️

I just came here for the first time and this is for sure my new go to nail salon! I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years now and this was by far my best experience in a regular nail shop. My tech Johnny soaked my long nails off AND gave me a new fresh set in an hour and a half! Though if he would have taken longer I wouldn’t have minded. He also listened when I asked for them thick and sharp square!!! Most nail shops don’t care about the shape too much but he did great. He even made them thicker on the side. I have been to several Nail spas in Amarillo. This spa by far exceeds my expectations every time I go there. Their pricing is excellent and if you aren’t satisfied, they go out of their way to make it right. If you only go there for a wax one time, they don’t raise the price to something ridiculous like some spas do. Whatever service you get is the same price their regular customers pay. I drive all the way across town to have my nails done at Essence. All of their nail techs are good at what they do and the premises are cleaner than any other.
