Greg Biggs is very knowledgeable about refrigeration systems from 30+ year old systems to newer ones. I would also trust him with other appliances. His work is thorough and meticulous. He solved a defrost problem on our ancient GE side by side refrigerator/freezer. With his insights into how to adjust freezer/refrigerator temps, the unit is working better than it ever has before.

Strongly recommend him for appliance repairs.

The gentleman that attempted to repair my refrigerator/freezer was not professional and consulted Google for help. He may be able to repair something minor but don't count on anything more.

Greg, it took me 2 minutes and 26 seconds to hook the hose back up. Your "tech" wanted me to reschedule for another time because he couldn't wait that long? I never asked him to hook it up - I was moving it myself when he abandoned his potential customer... And you got it! I guarantee neither me or anyone else I know will be contacting Biggs for your service (or lack thereof) again!
