Amarillo STAT Care is described as the best, with faster and more efficient service than other urgent care clinics. The staff is consistently friendly, sweet, and professional. Both the NP's are very nice and care about their patients, taking the time to listen and make sure all concerns are addressed. The receptionist is very nice and very helpful, calling to share results in a timely manner. Patients appreciate that the team is great with kids—gentle, patient, and attentive—and understanding about the unique challenges of foster care, handling extra paperwork and follow-up requirements with grace. The experience has been amazing, with visits being consistently positive. Despite thoroughness, wait times are never too long, making visits efficient and stress-free. One patient noted that an NP was straight forward when she felt she couldn't help, and even helped find another doctor. Another patient received a shot of steroids and prescribed an antibiotic eyedrop for severe eye allergies, feeling much better the next day. The service and care is like the best ever, making patients feel like part of the team. Highly recommended for anyone in need of quality care.

Everyone was so friendly and sweet and Lindsey was straight forward with me that she just felt she couldn't help me and I understand that fully and she even helped find a doctor I could go see. The experience I had was amazing and so if you are looking for a primary doctor and urgent care I would recommend Amarillo Stat Care!

We’ve been to here about 10 times now, and every visit has been consistently positive. The staff is always kind, professional, and thorough. They’re great with our kids—gentle, patient, and attentive—and we really appreciate how understanding they are about the unique challenges of foster care.

They handle all the extra paperwork and follow-up requirements with such grace, especially when we have to come in just because it’s mandated in ER discharge instructions, even if the child is clearly fine. They never make us feel like a hassle and always treat us with respect and care.
