Based on patient reviews, Amarillo Spine Institute is committed to providing excellent care in minimally invasive treatment options. The compassion and care received has been incredible. The facility appeared clean and well-kept, and the waiting area was acceptably comfortable. The front staff was extremely professional, polite, and efficient. Dr. Lee, Izzy, Brendan, and Bridget were very thorough, compassionate, and took the time to understand and explain conditions. Dr. Lee was very kind and took symptoms seriously, communicating at the patient’s level and being empathetic. Brendan was kind and understanding, showing compassion for anxious patients. Izzy was wonderful explaining her plan of action and knowledge. The plan of care has helped more than could be put into words, and patients are already on the path of living a more pain-free life. There is finally hope. It was an absolutely pleasurable experience, and the business is highly recommended.
Was once a great clinic when a different staff managed and operated there. Since these changes have taken place it only took one time attending a treatment session and that was enough for me not to return. I seriously miss the staff that was originally there. Will not be returning and for my present conditions fortunately, I’ve shown enough improvement from other treatments elsewhere that I don’t need to. Hope this place can make the necessary changes in order to even become a fraction of the clinic that it once was.. Now, it’s only a mere shadow of its former self.. Quit running this place like it’s the Wild West.
There all really nice Love Dr. Lee. The practice changed over the last few months. There all learning going through the pains of that. I'm happy have been comfortable with my treatment.
It’s been over a year since my husband had an appointment with ASI and we were skeptical about coming back due to the NP that was there being rude and unprofessional. The office ladies informed us that she was no longer there and that my husband would be seeing the new NP Isela Venzor (Izzy). Let me just say we are so grateful that we came in! Brenden and Izzy were very thorough, compassionate, and took the time to understand and explain my husband’s conditions.
