“Dr. Tran is very sweet and thorough. Not only that she values her patients and provides great customer service. Carolyn the receptionist was also very sweet and provides great customer service as well. It’s a shame more businesses are not like this. Dr. Tran takes the time to get to know you and asked about my family and work and remembered details I told her even though it had been an entire year since I had last seen her, and I’ll admit I was surprised she remembered and that made an impression on me. I never got this when I went to Walmart for my vision exams even though I saw the same eye doctor year after year.

She wipes down every piece of equipment before using it. She did way more for my eye exam than Walmart ever did. I’m pretty sure I was in and out at Walmart and Dr. Tran spent at least 45 minutes with me. I wish I had found Dr. Tran sooner because this is the type of small, family owned business you want to support.“

I was recommended to Hopping Eye Associates from a friend and I was very pleased. Not only did it only take about 45 minutes from start to finish, all the staff were helpful, took their time to get to know me and hear my concerns regarding my vision.
