Just recently got a new pair of glasses. I never was notified that they were ready to pick up. Come to find out, it was due to a typo. The lady apologized of her error. Other than that, everything was cool.
This is my first time to have my eyes checked at Target Optical. I had a great experience. Ms. Ashley helped me with getting 2 new pairs of eyeglasses. She has been very friendly. patient and kind to me. She assisted me to pick the styles that fits my face.
Nicole was the absolute best! I haven’t had such great service in a very long time. Everyone in the store was helpful. The whole process was so easy and fast. We will def be returning for our future purchases. Thanks Nicole you made our day!
