Very professional work environment. Everybody is so nice and caring, the doctor is great and would definitely recommend him to a friend. Front staff is great at answering calls , understanding situations , and providing service .
I went in as a walk-in, the reception team was friendly and eager to help. They made me comfortable and the process a breeze….the most enjoyable eye exam I’ve had in a while. Dr. Jared Chen was thorough and answered my questions before I could ask them. Thank you all!!
I decided to stop in because I was in the area and the insurance was about to run out. So I got an eye exam. And they found some things that could make me lose my vision within 6 months. O, I'm very appreciative and I didn't even have an appointment and they just took me as a walk in.
