“Today, we had our water softener installed, and I want to express my appreciation for the team that worked on our home.

Cesar (lead technician) and Mr. Pacheco, Armando (helper) and both did an outstanding job. Seriously, they were professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Unlike some workers who rush through or insist on doing everything their own way, they took the time to listen to our concerns, considered what we wanted, and reflected that in their work. The installation was clean, careful, and very thorough till the whole checkout done after installation.

Their effort and attitude made us feel confident that we had chosen the right company and the right people after looking into many options. One final step remains, the installation of the air gap scheduled for Wednesday. I trust they will keep their word and complete it as promised, because based on today’s work, they are not the type to cut corners.

I am very thankful to have met such diligent and considerate workers. I plan to update this review after we’ve had more time to use the system, but so far, I am very impressed and grateful.

Made arraignments for them to come in morning 10 min later Edgar Hernandez, one of their plumbers, called said he would be here in 20 min if i was home. Short story he fixed the issue in short period of time and double checked to make sure everything worked and i now have water.
