The technician (Alfredo) had our A/C issue diagnosed and repaired in under an hour. He was friendly and conscientious and wasted no time. He probably saved us from a house fire as well since the issue was a shorted electrical line in the attic!
Received excellent service from this company. Technician was here in less than 24 hours. His arrival was right on time. He was professional and responded to all my questions and concerns. I called Global Ac & heating because my heater wasn't working and they send out someone within an hour. They were super friendly! They are also very clean! & That's a big one for me, I can't stand when people come in my home dirtying everything with their hands or shoes.
