Tommy showed up on time, communicated clearly what was happening, what he was going to attempt, what the risks were. The problem was thankfully an easy one and I gladly paid for the diagnostic fee and 1 hour of technician time, even though it only took 30 minutes.

Zoom is an excellent repair company. From the first time we tried them, we were hooked. The professionalism, courtesy, knowledge…they great all around. They find the problem and fix it. We don’t go to anyone else for appliances. This group is amazing. The owner came out for a recent repair. Very nice guy. Zoom gets it done!
