Lots of frames to choose from in store and online! The staff in store is friendly and very helpful, they were not on my insurance but I still saved money and they filed my claim for me. Will definitely purchase from Warby Parker again!!

Great customer service. Great variety of frames that are reasonably priced. Even though I shop around, I always end up here. My new prescription is being put in frames I previously purchased from Warby Parker. I love it.

I've been wearing Warby Parker glasses for 10 years now and I'll never wear another brand. When Warby started offering in house exams, the process became so much easier. I have visited Dr. Chao and the Watters Creek location several times over the years and I will always return. I feel well taken care of and never get the sense that I'm just another customer. The quality and care at Warby Parker is always top notch!
