Mardia group has been our property management company for the last 5 years and we are extremely satisfied with the care with which they take care of our home and help us find the right tenants
Mardia Group is outstanding and highly recommended. They have managed our property for almost 10 years flawlessly. Along with managing, they provided reasonably-priced inspections and maintenance. They quickly found and vetted a new tenant when our tenant provided notice. We recently decided to sell and Mardia Group quickly found a buyer. It’s no wonder they’ve earned so many awards.
We worked with another firm before moving over to the Mardia Group a few years ago. It was wonderful to find a firm that is responsive and provides full details of everything I need to know. I no longer worry about our rental properties because I have confidence that things are being handled. Everyone at Mardia Group is friendly and helpful - love 'em!!
