The Nail Lounge is amazing!! I’ve been coming for years and the staff and management are always considerate and professional. Today I was served by J J (manager), Justin and Ivy for gel manicure and pedicure. They were great!!
I had higher expectations. They didn’t offer a drink until I asked for one. Paid 46 for a manicure that didn’t come with any hand massage. Not sure if that’s normal but I expected more. Also the dip seems very thick and uneven
Adequate service. The 2 techs didn’t understand English. The side tables on the pedicure chairs were dirty from the last customer. I mentioned it needed cleaning but nothing was done !!!I requested a paraffin manicure & the nail tech forgot the paraffin. I reminded her I specifically made an appointment for paraffin and she said its too late to do paraffin.So I did not pay until they did the paraffin. Very frustrating. Do not recommend. I really wanted to like this nail salon, especially since I can book my own appointment online.
