Gel x extensions with chrome have also received high praise for their amazing look, with Amy being noted as a talented and sweet technician. Although some felt the polish could have been applied more neatly, overall, the service is friendly and inviting. The staff are knowledgeable and take their time, making sure clients are satisfied. The Nail Lounge is amazing!! I’ve been coming for years and the staff and management are always considerate and professional. Today I was served by J J (manager), Justin and Ivy for gel manicure and pedicure. They were great!!
I came here to get a pedicure and wasn’t impressed with the result. They got me in quickly and my service was done in a reasonable amount of time! My complaints are with the quality of the pedicure. This is because I go to the salon because I don’t want to do my pedicures myself and the appearance of the polish isn’t the best. There is flooding in the cuticle area and bumpy areas along my toes. Also, at one point in the service there was filling along my skin to get off what I assume was polish. I gave them 3 stars because the service wasn’t bad and it is just my toes, but I’ve had better experiences with a couple other salons in Allen.
I hadn’t been to get a pedicure in a year, and was a little nervous when I came in to try this place out. Ann took WONDERFUL care of me. She was thoughtful, kind and fun to interact with. We even enjoyed some deep soul to soul topics. She was gentle where it counts, and gave a lovely and relaxing massage. She was patient with me when I asked to add an eyebrow wax, and was mindful of my sensitive skin the entire visit. I will definitely be back, even though it’s a 45 min drive from my house! Ann was fantastic! I highly recommend her 20/10!
